Blue Hills Spritz

Ingredients

60ml gin, 30ml elderflower liqueur, 10ml lime juice, Assamè Elderflower Blueberry Kombucha

Method

Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with Assamè Elderflower Blueberry Kombucha. Garnish with a fresh blueberry and elderflower sprig.

Golden Assam Sangria

30 minutes

Ingredients

1 bottle dry white wine, 1 peach (sliced), 1 orange (sliced), 2 sprigs of fresh lavender, Assamè Peach Lavender Kombucha.

Method

In a pitcher, combine white wine, sliced peach, and orange. Stir in lavender sprigs. Let it infuse for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Before serving, top with Assamè Peach Lavender Kombucha.

What makes Assamé "raw" and "unfiltered"?

Assamé is brewed in small batches and is never pasteurized or heavily processed. Being raw and unfiltered means it retains the naturally occurring live cultures created during fermentation. This preserves the authentic taste, natural carbonation, and beneficial compounds that are typically removed in filtered or shelf-stable drinks.

How is Assamé low in sugar?

During fermentation, the live culture consumes most of the sugar added at the start of the brewing process. As a result, very little sugar remains in the final drink. Assamé also uses thoughtful flavour balancing so you get a refreshing taste without unnecessary sweetness.

Does Assamé contain alcohol?

Assamé is crafted using a controlled fermentation process designed to prevent alcohol formation. As a result, it contains no alcohol.
